The purpose of this document, and task at hand for the West OK Co-Op, is to suggest actionable steps for reimagining and revitalizing East Clinton (approx 13th St. to Exit 69), Oklahoma. 

A substantial caveat in the creation of this document is the absence
of a city wide comprehensive community thesis that states clear
goals in branding, economic development, usable mapping and data
analysis technology that are created to power business decisions and
support government operations.

Due to this lack in infrastructure, the West OK Co-Op will at times
over reach in this document to discuss those voids and potential
actionable steps.

Our hope is to spark a community conversation toward a sustainable
10- to 20-year economic plan that fosters the neighborhoods of East
Clinton, the historic downtown and adjacent business districts, as well
as the vast recreation and tourism opportunities along the Exit 69
Route 66 corridor.

Unity among departments will be a common theme in the presented
approach. Without a unified approach, future expansion in either
direction, East or West, could be at risk.
