Shifting allocated funds from the economic developer position to a broader approach (pg7), the Chamber of Commerce (COC) is set to embark on a chapter of streamlined focus and excellence.

By doing less, with the same budget, the COC can hone in on consistency and quality in its initiatives.

Stepping back from the roles of tourism, economic developer, and municipal marketing agency, the Chamber will now be able to concentrate its efforts on meaningful and strategic projects concerning existing local business. This streamlined approach will enable the COC to deliver impactful results, drive sustainable growth, and better serve the community's needs without the distraction of fragmented responsibilities.
